As counselor of the BDI/ Bitkom initiative #SheTransformsIT, Hanna Hennig advocates for more gender equality in STEM and promotes IT talents in business as Deputy Chairwoman of the CIO Foundation - WHU. She is also committed to establishing sustainability standards in IT as a member of the advisory board of the non-profit organization SustainableIT.org and acts as an advisor for several technology companies and associations such as IDC, AWS, VOICE, Mendix, Next47 and the “Hamburg IT-Strategietage“.


Naveen Zutshi joined Databricks as Chief Information Officer in January 2022. In this role he is responsible for Databricks Information technology solutions, driving transformational programs to help the company scale its consumption based business globally. Naveen is on the board of advisors for several fast growing startups like Propelo & ToriiHQ and established companies like Zoom and Rubrik. He is also an investor in many fast growing startups or early stage VCs.
Naveen’s experience spans software development, infrastructure and leading organizations from Fortune 500 companies to tech startups. Prior to Databricks, Naveen was CIO at Palo Alto Networks for the last six years helping the company’s move to cloud based businesses and integrating over 17 companies in that time period. Prior to Palo Alto Networks, Naveen worked as Senior Vice President at Gap Inc. responsible for the company’s infrastructure, operations, and information security organizations. Before Gap, Naveen spent time at SaaS startups or high tech companies like Cisco.
He earned a BE in Computer Engineering from Bangalore University and an MBA from University of Arkansas.


Alexandra Guenther has two decades building, deploying, and managing IT and operational assets for federal and commercial customers. From cutting edge cybersecurity services for America’s critical infrastructure, to national assets for intel customers, to leading the operational and logistical and IT challenges of running Antarctic operations, Alexandra brings a global leadership perspective to her roles. Throughout her career, she has been operating within and leading engineering teams across a variety of domains, inclusive of requirements engineering, large scale mission test & verification, mission support services, systems integration, cybersecurity, infrastructure migration and maintenance, logistics and operations, and ITIL-based service desk.
Alexandra’s current role is the Leidos Chief Information Officer, responsible for effective and efficient global infrastructure, operations, and enterprise applications of our 48,000+ global employee base.
Passionate about STEM education, Alexandra regularly volunteers for engagements with K-12 STEM encouragement for women in engineering and IT fields, and she is a board member for The Cyber Guild. Alexandra graduated from DeSales University with Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science as well as Management of Information Technology, and earned her Master’s degree from George Washington University in Systems Engineering. She has active CISSP and PMP certifications.


Devjeet Haldar is an accomplished executive leader specializing in Data Science, AI, Business Transformation, HR, and IT Management. With extensive experience in leading high-performing teams within global organizations, Devjeet is known for his visionary approach to leveraging emerging technologies to address complex business challenges and drive strategic growth.
Currently serving as the Vice President of HR Analytics and Operations at Johnson Controls, a global building solutions company, Devjeet is responsible for pioneering next-generation operating models enhanced by data and generative AI technologies. His leadership of a 350+ member global HR operations team has resulted in significant improvements in employee productivity and experience through innovative automation and AI-driven solutions.
Before his role at Johnson Controls, Devjeet held various senior positions at AbbottLaboratories, where he was instrumental in establishing the company's data analytics strategy and building a robust data science organization that grew from 5 to over 100 staff members. His efforts in advancing big data engineering and data governance have enabled measurable business value across diverse sectors, including healthcare and diagnostics. Notably, he led initiatives that delivered over $500 million in value and significantly accelerated product development and approval processes.
Devjeet’s career began at Deloitte, where he managed large-scale transformation projects for Fortune 500 companies, honing his consulting expertise in operations and technology. His strong background in IT management, business process improvement, and data strategy has equipped him with the knowledge to navigate complex regulatory environments, including GDPR and CCPA.
Devjeet holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Moscow State Mining University, where he graduated in the top 5% of his class. His commitment to continuous learning is reflected in his participation in CIO Leadership Training at Berkeley Executive

Bhavin Shah is the CEO and co-founder of Moveworks. He is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience taking companies from inception to scale. Prior to Moveworks, he was CEO of Refresh.io, which LinkedIn acquired in 2015.
In 2016, Bhavin co-founded Moveworks, the leading AI copilot for the enterprise. Moveworks currently serves more than 300 enterprise customers, including NYSE, Hearst, Chubb Insurance, DocuSign, Mass General, and Toyota North America.

Jake Speyer is the Field CTO and Global Head of Presales Solutions at Moveworks. Jake brings to light the latest in regards to Conversational, Generative, and Agentic AI, and through his team activates how the Moveworks platform is implemented and scaled for the world's most unique scenarios.

Ben Spaunhorst brings over 10 years of Service Desk experience to World Wide Technology (WWT). In 2018, Ben took on the role of managing the Service Desk, and by 2020, successfully released ServiceBot with Moveworks. In 2024, Ben embarked on a new journey by establishing a team dedicated to AI and automation, further advancing WWT's technological capabilities.


Girish is a seasoned IT leader with extensive experience in helping organizations adopt value-driven products that enhance employee experience and drive process excellence. With a career spanning over 15 years in service management and related technologies, Girish has worked with some of the largest enterprises, enabling them to optimize their workflows, improve service delivery, and achieve tangible business outcomes.

He partners with clients to transform their HR and digital workplace capabilities to deliver more productive, engaging, and supportive experiences to the workforce. He is focused on helping organizations holistically embed AI and other innovative technologies into business strategies to create and realize measurable value and elevate organizational performance.


Joe Cannon is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in intelligent automation, robotics process automation (RPA), data analytics, and IT enterprise applications. He has demonstrated a strong ability to lead and innovate in various roles throughout his career. As Director of Intelligent Automation at Leidos for the past 8 years he championed and directed the Conversational / Generative AI initiative using the Moveworks generative AI platform. He successfully built and led a team that releases over five use cases or skills per month using an Agile methodology. In addition to his work with Conversational / Generative AI, Joe was the driving force behind Intelligent Automation with the foundation starting with his Robotics Process Automation (RPA) program at Leidos. He assembled an RPA development team and established an Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence (COE) to support the enterprise's automation goals. Under his leadership, the RPA program developed and launched numerous BOTs to automate various processes, including account reconciliations, expense report substantiations, CRM updates, and IT account requests. The program releases dozens of BOTs each year across the company saving approximately $5.7M each year.

JungAh Choi is the VP of Enterprise Applications at Micron Technology. She leads a team of IT professionals who are responsible for Micron’s enterprise systems, including SAP, CRM, PLM, HRIS, Legal, and supply chain systems. She also spearheads Micron’s business transformation initiative, leveraging her expertise in the business processes and enterprise systems in the semiconductor industry.
JungAh has over 25 years of experience in IT leadership roles, managing complex, multi-year global transformation initiatives and building high-performing teams. Before joining Micron, she was the Senior Vice President of IT and US IT head at Amkor Technology, a leading provider of semiconductor packaging and test services. There, she oversaw IT strategy, cloud migration and various transformation efforts, and established an Industry 4.0 initiative to drive operational excellence and innovation.

With over a decade of experience in IT within the Oil and Gas industry, Michael bridges technical depth with business context — translating needs into solutions that reduce friction, improve productivity, and deliver measurable value. He led Plains post-implementation Virtual Agent rollout driving adoption and optimization and achieving key milestones like reducing ticket volumes and driving meaningful cost savings. Today, he is focused on expanding use cases and extracting even greater ROI through data-driven iteration and user-centric design.

In his primary coverage area, he spearheads Forrester’s research on generative AI technologies, tools, and strategy. He also covers enterprise AI/ML platforms, cognitive search, and synthetic data.
Rowan has more than a decade of experience in analytics, technology market research, and data development. In his most recent position, he worked at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a senior developer and manager of a data and reporting team, where he worked to drive more accurate, actionable, and equitable insights on vulnerable populations. Prior to his work at the Commonwealth, Rowan worked as a Forrester researcher and analyst, focusing on advanced analytics and ML and authoring more than 30 reports, including many Forrester Wave™ evaluations.

Jake has a B.A. in Geography from University of California, Los Angeles. Prior to Moveworks, Jake spent time at Lattice consulting organizations on their people management strategies, and prior to that at Medallia focused on the design and engineering of voice of the customer programs.


Kymberly Penson is a Director of Customer Success at Moveworks, where she leads a team of Customer Success Managers. Her team collaborates with enterprise clients worldwide, emphasizing value definition, delivery, and demonstration to ensure the success of their Moveworks AI assistants. Kymberly holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina. Before joining Moveworks, she served for six years as a Military Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Army and then spent three years developing virtual solutions for the Department of Defense. Transitioning into the tech industry, Kymberly honed her customer success expertise at Box.


Meaghan Hurr is a Senior Director of Customer Success at Moveworks. She aims to ensure that every customer at Moveworks is wildly successful with their AI Assistants by providing thoughtful approaches towards not only how to deliver on the Moveworks platform to its fullest extent, but also demonstrate impact to business outcomes.
Meaghan holds a BS in Engineering Management Systems from Columbia University. Prior to Moveworks, she spent time at Medallia helping customers shape their strategies for their Voice of Customer programs.


Ricardo Salazar is a Principal Solution Engineer at Moveworks, the leading Agentic AI platform. At Moveworks, Ricardo specializes in partnering with senior executives at large organizations to define and implement their AI strategies. With a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with AI adoption, he helps organizations leverage AI to drive digital transformation, improve operational efficiency, and enhance employee experiences.
Before joining Moveworks, Ricardo spent four years at ServiceNow as an Advisory Solution Consultant, where he assisted enterprise and strategic companies in driving organizational change through the use of ServiceNow. Additionally, Ricardo has over a decade of experience in Corporate IT, having held various roles and capacities that have equipped him with a comprehensive perspective on technology and its impact on business operations.


Sae Ro is the Head of Customer Executive Engagement at Moveworks. In his capacity, Sae oversees customer engagement activities such as the Customer Advisory Board, .locals, regional hackathons, executive round tables, and runs AI strategy workshops.
Sae holds a B.S. in Medical Technology from University of Maryland and M.S. in Health Systems from Georgetown University. Prior to Moveworks he spend time in healthcare operations, management consulting, and customer experience programs where he focused on customers, technology, strategy, and operations.



Zach Crockett is a Director for Customer Success at Moveworks. Zach's team of Customer Success Managers partners closely with enterprise customers, with a special focus on value definition, delivery, and demonstration, in order to achieve success from their Moveworks AI assistants.
In addition to 3 years at Moveworks, Zach has worked in Customer Success previously at Gartner, Kryon, and Hyperscience. He lives in Houston, TX with his wife and 3 kids.
